Judical debt collection and long-term monitoring
In the case of debt claims equal to or greater than a specific receivables amount where there is no doubt as to the debtor's identity and address for service and, furthermore, where a credit-rating check undertaken by accredis has indicated an adequate probability of success, accredis initiates the carrying out of the judicial dunning process (JDP) on behalf of the client for you.
The JDP includes the application for the payment and enforcement order and, if applicable, the carrying out of an enforcement measure and any review/approval of the financial status information. In the event of objections and appeals, you shall decide whether litigation proceedings should be conducted by a contracted lawyer. In such a case, we will be responsible for the sending, receiving and transmission of all data and paperwork.
In cases in which foreclosure does not make economic sense, we alternatively offer you the transfer of your titled claim to long-term monitoring. This includes the adoption of the claims title and cost fixing resolutions in our application as well as the regular implementation of credit checks, out-of-court collection and enforcement measures.
The monitoring takes place until the statute of limitations of the titled claim, therefore a maximum of 30 years. The forfeiture and limitation periods are regularly checked by us and, if necessary, interrupted by the initiation of measures.
